We strive to provide high-quality, up-to-date course content. However, the Ministry of Agriculture makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any course materials. We reserve the right to modify, update, or remove courses at any time without notice.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Ministry of Agriculture and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform or violation of these Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. If changes are made, we will notify you by posting the updated terms on our website with the effective date. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belize. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belize.
